It could have been easier for my family to flee and spend the rest of their time in our secure condominium in the city. But they instead, open our home to a number of desperate neighbors, and strangers. They did not bother entertaining negative thoughts. Or if they have any food left to feed them. Some of them were crying, afraid that they might not have something they can call home after the typhoon.
It was such a good deed. that humbles me. I was teary eyed when I recieve this special appreciation from a neighbor, while I was on vacation in MNL.
I'm so proud of them, and the lesson we learned that day. God has continuously bless my family.
