I made the sauce first, then boiled the penne al dente, and made the bechamel last. (takenote: you always have to make the bechamel last, coz you have to pour it over you baked mac in perfection, or else if you let it hang that long, it will be so sticky and hard) Overload mozarella cheese and cheddar cheese on top. :) tada!!!!
